1. 서비스와 결제
- OTT STANDARD Pro는 월 단위 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle을 통해 처리되며, 영수증과 청구는 Paddle 명의로 발행됩니다.
- 구독은 다음 결제일 전에 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 30일 무료 체험
- 첫 구독 시 30일 무료 체험이 제공되며, 체험 시작 시 결제 수단을 등록하지만 요금은 청구되지 않습니다.
- 체험 종료 전에 해지하면 어떤 요금도 청구되지 않습니다. 체험 종료일은 결제 안내 이메일과 구독 관리 페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 무료 체험은 계정당 1회 제공됩니다.
3. 환불 기준
- 첫 결제 후 7일 이내: 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 요청하고 그 기간 동안 Pro 전용 기능을 사용하지 않았다면 전액 환불합니다(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률의 청약철회 기준을 따릅니다).
- 중복 결제·시스템 오류: 우리 측 오류로 발생한 이중 청구나 서비스 장애로 유료 기능을 상당 기간 이용하지 못한 경우 해당 금액을 환불합니다.
- 그 외: 결제 후 7일이 지났거나 유료 기능을 이미 사용한 경우, 갱신 결제분에 대한 환불은 하지 않습니다. 남은 기간에 대한 부분 환불도 하지 않습니다. 갱신을 원하지 않으면 다음 결제일 전에 해지해 주세요.
4. 환불 신청 방법
- 이메일 info@ottstandard.com, 확장 프로그램 설정 → 도움말 및 정보 → 문의 하기, 또는 결제 시 받은 Paddle 영수증 이메일의 링크를 통해 신청할 수 있습니다.
- 결제에 사용한 이메일과 주문 번호를 알려 주시면 확인 후 5~10영업일 안에 원래 결제 수단으로 환불됩니다. 카드사에 따라 반영에 며칠 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
5. 기타
- 환불이 완료되면 Pro 기능은 즉시 종료되고 계정은 무료 등급으로 돌아갑니다. 저장한 문장·단어 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다.
- 이 정책은 관련 법령이 정한 소비자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 정책이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 수정일을 표시합니다.

- 初回登録時に30日間の無料トライアルが提供されます。開始時にお支払い方法を登録しますが、料金は請求されません。
- トライアル終了前に解約すれば、一切料金は発生しません。終了日は案内メールおよびサブスクリプション管理ページで確認できます。
- 無料トライアルはアカウントにつき1回です。
3. 返金の基準
- 初回決済から7日以内: 決済日から7日以内にご請求いただき、その間 Pro 専用機能を利用していない場合は全額返金します。
- 二重請求・システム障害: 当方の不具合による二重請求、または障害により相当期間有料機能を利用できなかった場合、該当金額を返金します。
- その他: 決済から7日を経過した場合や有料機能をすでに利用した場合、更新分の返金は行いません。残り期間の日割り返金も行いません。更新を希望しない場合は次回請求日前に解約してください。
4. 返金の申請方法
- 拡張機能の設定 → ヘルプと情報 → お問い合わせ、または Paddle の領収書メール内のリンクから申請できます。
- 決済に使用したメールアドレスと注文番号をお知らせください。確認後、5〜10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金します。カード会社により反映まで数日かかる場合があります。
5. その他
- 返金完了後、Pro 機能は直ちに終了し、アカウントは無料プランに戻ります。保存した文・単語データは削除されません。
- 本ポリシーは、法令で定められた消費者の権利を制限するものではありません。改定時は本ページに更新日を表示します。

3. Refund rules
- Within 7 days of the first payment: request within 7 days of the charge date and, if no Pro-only feature was used during that time, we refund the full amount.
- Duplicate charges or system failure: we refund the affected amount if you were double-charged due to an error on our side, or if an outage prevented you from using paid features for a significant period.
- Everything else: after 7 days, or once paid features have been used, renewal charges are non-refundable and remaining days are not prorated. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the next billing date.
4. How to request a refund
- Extension settings → Help & info → Contact us, or use the link in the Paddle receipt email you received at purchase.
- Tell us the email used for payment and the order number. After verification, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
5. Other
- Once a refund is issued, Pro features end immediately and the account returns to the Free plan. Saved sentences and words are not deleted.
- This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If the policy changes, the revision date is shown on this page.
