Google Drive 개인 백업 안내

학습 기록은 기본적으로 사용자의 PC 내 브라우저 확장 저장소에 저장됩니다. Google Drive 백업에 동의하면 지원되는 학습 기록을 사용자가 연결한 본인의 Google Drive 계정 내 앱 전용 공간에 추가로 저장합니다. 이 개인 백업은 OTT STANDARD 회사의 Google Drive에 저장되지 않습니다.

백업 대상은 저장 문장·번역·메모·단어장·대본과 지원되는 시험·점수·학습 시간·시청 기록·학습 설정입니다. 실제 포함 항목은 자동 백업 화면에 표시됩니다. 음성팩·결제 정보·로그인 토큰은 이 백업에 포함하지 않습니다.
Google 로그인만으로 백업을 시작하지 않습니다. 사용자가 백업 연결과 Google 권한에 동의해야 합니다. 앱은 백업 계정 구분을 위해 Google 계정 식별자와 이메일을 사용합니다.
앱은 Google Drive의 앱 전용 데이터 권한(drive.appdata)으로 백업을 저장하고 읽습니다. 이 권한으로 일반 Drive 문서나 사진을 열람하지 않으며, 앱 전용 백업은 일반 파일 목록에 표시되지 않습니다.
같은 계정과 호환되는 앱에서 복원을 지원합니다. 현재 자동 복원은 최초 연결 시 지원되는 로컬 학습 기록이 없는 경우에 한하며, 기존 기록이나 충돌이 있으면 덮어쓰지 않고 안내합니다. 여러 PC의 동시 변경을 자동으로 합치는 기능은 아닙니다.
자동 백업 중지는 이후의 자동 전송을 중단하는 기능이며, 기존 PC 기록과 Drive 백업을 삭제하지 않습니다. 확장 프로그램 삭제나 Google 접근 권한 철회도 기존 Drive 백업을 자동 삭제하지 않습니다. Drive 백업 삭제는 Google Drive에서 해당 앱의 저장 데이터를 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. 삭제 지원 문의: info@ottstandard.com.
과거 백업은 자동 삭제하지 않으며 본인 Google Drive 저장 공간을 사용합니다. Google의 저장 공간·접근 권한·서비스 상태에 따라 백업이 실패할 수 있으므로 앱의 백업 상태를 확인해주세요.
이 안내는 개인 Drive 백업에 관한 것입니다. 커뮤니티·전체 순위·구독 확인 등 별도 서버 기능의 데이터 처리는 기존 안내와 구분됩니다.

1. 서비스

OTT STANDARD는 넷플릭스 시청 중 자막에 후리가나·번역을 덧붙이고 문장·단어를 저장해 복습·시험할 수 있게 돕는 크롬 확장 프로그램입니다.
이 서비스는 넷플릭스(Netflix, Inc.)와 무관한 독립 제품이며, 넷플릭스 이용에는 별도의 넷플릭스 계정과 약관이 적용됩니다.

2. 계정

구글 계정으로 로그인하며, 계정은 본인만 사용해야 합니다.

3. 요금제

OTT STANDARD는 현재 베타 버전으로 제공되고 있으며, 베타 기간에는 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.
정식 출시 후 일부 또는 전체 기능이 유료로 전환될 수 있습니다. 유료 전환 시 가격·결제·환불 정책을 확장 프로그램과 이 페이지에서 미리 안내합니다.

4. 이용 제한

다음 행위는 금지됩니다: 서비스의 결제·잠금 우회, 자동화 도구로 서버에 과도한 요청, 커뮤니티에서의 타인 비방·불법 콘텐츠 게시, 자막·번역 데이터의 상업적 재배포.
위반 시 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

5. 콘텐츠와 지식재산

OTT STANDARD의 모의시험 문제와 이야기 학습 콘텐츠는 직접 제작한 오리지널 자료입니다. JLPT·JPT·TOPIK 학습용 모의시험은 공식 시험 문제나 공식 인증을 제공하는 상품이 아니며, 실제 시험 결과나 합격을 보장하지 않습니다.

넷플릭스 영상과 자막의 권리는 각 권리자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 사용자가 시청 중인 내용을 개인용 자막으로 작성하여 개인 학습 목적으로만 표시·저장하도록 돕습니다.
확장 프로그램의 코드·디자인·문제 은행의 권리는 OTT STANDARD에 있습니다.

6. 책임의 한계

번역·후리가나·뜻풀이는 자동 생성되어 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 시험 결과의 등급 추정은 참고용이며 실제 시험 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.
넷플릭스 화면 구조 변경, 브라우저 업데이트 등 외부 요인으로 일부 기능이 일시 중단될 수 있으며, 이 경우 신속히 복구하도록 노력합니다.

7. 약관 변경과 문의

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 수정일을 표시하고, 중요한 변경은 확장 프로그램 안에서 안내합니다.

Google Drive の個人バックアップについて

学習記録は通常、ご本人のPC内の拡張機能ストレージに保存されます。Google Drive バックアップに同意すると、対応する学習記録を接続したご本人の Google Drive アカウント内のアプリ専用領域にも保存します。この個人バックアップは OTT STANDARD の会社の Google Drive には保存されません。

対象は保存した文・翻訳・メモ・単語帳・台本と、対応する試験・スコア・学習時間・視聴記録・学習設定です。実際の対象は自動バックアップ画面に表示されます。音声パック・決済情報・ログイントークンは含みません。
Google ログインだけでは開始しません。バックアップ接続と Google の権限への同意が必要です。アカウント識別のため Google アカウントの識別子とメールアドレスを使用します。
アプリ専用データ権限(drive.appdata)で保存・読み込みを行います。この権限で通常の文書や写真を閲覧することはありません。バックアップは通常のファイル一覧には表示されません。
同じアカウントと対応アプリで復元を利用できます。現在の自動復元は、初回接続時に対象のローカル学習記録がない場合に限ります。既存記録や競合がある場合は上書きせず案内します。複数PCでの同時変更の自動統合は行いません。
自動バックアップの停止は以後の自動転送を止めるだけで、PCの記録や既存バックアップは削除しません。拡張機能の削除や Google のアクセス権限の取り消しでも Drive バックアップは自動削除されません。削除するには Google Drive で当該アプリの保存データを別途削除してください。お問い合わせ: info@ottstandard.com。
過去のバックアップは自動削除せず、ご本人の Drive 容量を使用します。容量・権限・サービス状態により失敗する場合があるため、アプリの状態表示をご確認ください。
これは個人 Drive バックアップの説明です。コミュニティ・全体ランキング・購読確認など別のサーバー機能のデータ処理とは区別されます。

OTT STANDARD は、Netflix 視聴中の字幕にふりがな・翻訳を付け、文・単語を保存して復習・試験ができる Chrome 拡張機能です。
本サービスは Netflix, Inc. とは無関係の独立した製品であり、Netflix の利用には別途 Netflix のアカウントと規約が適用されます。

2. アカウント

Google アカウントでログインし、アカウントはご本人のみが使用してください。

3. 料金

OTT STANDARD は現在ベータ版として提供されており、ベータ期間中は料金が請求されません。
正式リリース後、一部または全部の機能が有料に移行する場合があります。有料移行時は価格・決済・返金ポリシーを拡張機能および本ページで事前にお知らせします。

4. 利用制限

以下の行為を禁止します: 決済・ロックの回避、自動化ツールによる過度なサーバーリクエスト、コミュニティでの誹謗中傷・違法コンテンツの投稿、字幕・翻訳データの商用再配布。
違反時は事前通知なく利用を制限することがあります。

5. コンテンツと知的財産

OTT STANDARD の模擬試験問題と物語学習コンテンツは、独自に制作したオリジナル教材です。JLPT・JPT・TOPIK の学習用模擬試験は、公式試験問題や公式認定を提供するものではなく、実際の試験結果や合格を保証しません。

Netflix の映像および字幕の権利は各権利者に帰属します。本サービスは、視聴中の内容を個人用の字幕として作成し、個人の学習目的でのみ表示・保存する補助を行います。
拡張機能のコード・デザイン・問題バンクの権利は OTT STANDARD に帰属します。

6. 責任の制限

翻訳・ふりがな・語釈は自動生成のため誤りを含むことがあります。試験結果のレベル推定は参考値であり、実際の試験結果を保証しません。
Netflix の画面構造の変更やブラウザ更新など外部要因により、一部機能が一時停止することがあります。その場合は速やかな復旧に努めます。

7. 規約の変更とお問い合わせ

規約を変更した場合は本ページに更新日を表示し、重要な変更は拡張機能内でお知らせします。

Personal Google Drive backup

Learning records are stored by default in the browser extension storage on your PC. If you consent to Google Drive backup, supported records are also saved in the app-specific storage of your own connected Google Drive account. This personal backup is not stored in OTT STANDARD's company Google Drive.

Supported data includes saved sentences, translations, notes, vocabulary, scripts, exams, scores, study time, viewing records and learning settings. The backup page lists the actual included items. Voice packs, payment details and login tokens are excluded.
Google sign-in alone does not start backup. You must consent to the backup connection and Google permissions. The app uses your Google account identifier and email to distinguish the backup account.
The app uses the app-specific data permission (drive.appdata) to save and read backups. This permission does not give access to ordinary Drive documents or photos. Backups are not shown in the ordinary file list.
Restoration requires the same account and a compatible app. Automatic restoration currently applies only on initial connection when supported local learning records are absent. Existing records or conflicts are not overwritten; the app displays a notice. Concurrent edits from multiple PCs are not automatically merged.
Pausing automatic backup stops future automatic transfers; it does not delete PC records or existing Drive backups. Uninstalling the extension or revoking Google access does not automatically delete existing Drive backups either. To delete them, separately delete the app's stored data in Google Drive. For deletion assistance, contact info@ottstandard.com.
Older backups are not automatically deleted and use your own Drive storage. Storage limits, permissions or service availability may prevent backup; check the app's backup status.
This notice concerns personal Drive backups. Data processing for separate server features such as community, global rankings and subscription checks remains distinct.

OTT STANDARD is a Chrome extension that adds furigana and translations to subtitles while you watch Netflix, and lets you save sentences and words to review and take practice tests.
It is an independent product not affiliated with Netflix, Inc. Using Netflix requires your own Netflix account and is subject to Netflix's terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account, which must be used only by you.

3. Plans

OTT STANDARD is currently offered as a beta version, and no charge applies during the beta period.
After the official launch, some or all features may become paid; we will announce pricing, billing and the refund policy in the extension and on this page beforehand.

4. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited: circumventing billing or feature locks, excessive automated requests to our servers, posting abusive or illegal content in the community, and commercial redistribution of subtitle or translation data.
We may restrict access without prior notice in case of violations.

5. Content and intellectual property

OTT STANDARD practice-test questions and story-based learning content are original materials created by us. Our JLPT, JPT and TOPIK practice tests do not provide official exam questions or certification and do not guarantee exam results or passing scores.

Rights to Netflix videos and subtitles belong to their respective owners. The service only helps you create personal subtitles from what you are watching, and display and save them for personal study.
The extension's code, design, and question bank are the property of OTT STANDARD.

6. Limitation of liability

Translations, furigana, and definitions are generated automatically and may contain errors. Level estimates from practice tests are for reference only and do not guarantee real exam results.
Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to external factors such as changes to Netflix's page structure or browser updates; we will work to restore them promptly.

7. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the revision date is shown on this page, and important changes are announced inside the extension.
